The rain cleared, the moon was glowing, and the spotlight turned to YOU—the players who made this season unforgettable. Our Ulti Awards Ceremony celebrated the teams and individuals who brought spirit, skill, and joy to the league.

 Team Awards

•  Ultimate Furbys – Fan Favorite Award For the team that brings the party to the field and rallies the loudest, most supportive fans.  “They have a fun pregame ritual and checked in on us multiple times when we were low subs.” • “They bring the party to the field with their creativity and positivity.” • “Pregame spirit(s)!” • “Very fun and supportive with pregame celebrations!” • “They just seem to enjoy playing together, and hanging out together. We played a close game against them without it being contentious.” • “Always a party.”
•  Disc-O Ballers – Best Teamwork Award For exceptional cooperation, unity, and showcasing everyone’s strengths.  “This team plays with all their players and showcases everyone’s strengths! They have fun while doing it and have built a great community on their team.” • “You can tell the core of their team has played together longer than Stonewall. They always seem to see what their teammates are doing. I like playing them because they play smart ultimate and if you do something well against them, you know it wasn’t just down to them making a stupid mistake.”
•  Scoober Goobers – Spirit of the Game Award For embodying sportsmanship, positivity, and fair play.  “Cause they rock.”

 Individual Awards

 Funniest Player Award For the sideline comedians, dance-move champions, and energy-boosters:

• Michael Delay (Scoober Goobers) –  “Mike always keeps the laughs coming.”
• AJ Dunn (Disc-O Ballers) –  “AJ brings the energy and the cheers every game.”
• Grace Gullett (Backhanded Compliments) –  “Grace keeps spirits high with sideline dance moves and jokes.”
• Benjamin Carr “Juniper” (Ultimate Furbys) –  “Juniper always brings smiles to faces with their humor.”
• Cassie Lloyd (Isaly’s Chipped Hammers) –  “Cassie’s energy and laughter are contagious.”

 Individual Spirit Award For players who lift others up and embody the heart of Stonewall Ultimate:

• Katie Schrieber (Disc-O Ballers) –  “Katie is a leader on and off the field. She encourages others no matter the situation.”
• Jack Haser (Scoober Goobers) –  “Jack has always been a great influence and always shows great sportsmanship.”
• Brian Sapp (Backhanded Compliments) –  “Showed up even when injured! So supportive.”
• Nicole Close (Kpop Demon Huckers) –  “She was a good captain, helping merge longtime players and new players and get everyone on the same page.”
• Rachel Greenwald (Isaly’s Chipped Hammers) –  “Rachel consistently demonstrates positivity and fair play.”
• Josh Owens “Rybo” (Ultimate Furbys) –  “Rybo is supportive and uplifting every game.”

 Most Improved Award For players who leveled up their game in skill, confidence, and teamwork:

• Andrew Thorpe (Scoober Goobers) –  “Over the seasons Andrew has given his hardest and definitely seen improvement throughout each season.”
• Frederick Rak III “Flanowa” (Ultimate Furbys) –  “Flan joined the team this spring and was all-in on training and learning. This season I have seen them put every skill they have learned into motion on the field. From defensive snipes to hammer curves, Flan has shown consistent improvement every single week.”
• Kyle Lehman (Kpop Demon Huckers) –  “From the beginning to the end of the season, Kyle made leaps and bounds each week—better field sense, smarter cuts, stronger defense.”
• Ron Debiec (Disc-O Ballers) –  “Ron’s growth in confidence and playmaking stood out this season.”
• Andy Balko (Isaly’s Chipped Hammers) –  “Andy showed steady improvement and commitment to the team.”
• Kelly Kuzemchak (Backhanded Compliments) –  “Kelly’s skills and teamwork grew noticeably throughout the season.”

 Most Radical Player Award For bold, unconventional, jaw-dropping plays:

• Adam Butchy (Scoober Goobers) –  “Adam has had some radical catches in the endzone this season like the running backwards catch.”
• Jacob Field (Disc-O Ballers) –  “Jacob leaves it all out there on the field, giving 110% and doing whatever it takes for his team.”
• Randy Kirk (Backhanded Compliments) –  “Randy’s daring plays kept everyone on their toes.”
• Matthew Jenkins (Isaly’s Chipped Hammers) –  “Matthew consistently made bold moves that energized his team.”
• Gregory Close (Kpop Demon Huckers) –  “Gregory’s unconventional style made him a standout.”
• Elliot Knight “Kepler” (Ultimate Furbys) –  “Kepler’s radical plays brought excitement to every game.”

 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award For consistent excellence and leadership on the field:

• Shane Carter (Ultimate Furbys) –  “Shane always pushes herself to the highest of her abilities. Whether she has to work around an injury or take on a herculean opponent, Shane is ready to rise to the challenge.”
• Steve Estes (Backhanded Compliments) –  “Great captain.”
• Eric Clouse (Kpop Demon Huckers) –  “He just did whatever we needed him to do—make cuts, make throws, play defense. As a cutter, he always seemed to be in the right space ahead of his defender.”
• Zachary Rice (Scoober Goobers) –  “Throws a scoober every game.”
• Julia Buss (Disc-O Ballers) –  “Julia’s consistency and leadership made her invaluable.”
• Emily King (Isaly’s Chipped Hammers) –  “Emily’s steady play and determination anchored her team.”

 Rookie of the Season Award For newcomers who made an immediate impact:

• Lindsay Miller-Clark (Scoober Goobers) –  “This is her second season and she has done wonderful with the team on and off the field.”
• Ryan Newsome “Sasha” (Ultimate Furbys) –  “Sasha has been a delight to play with since day 1 and has shown tremendous improvement and skills. I’m incredibly happy to call them my teammate and hoping they continue to improve.”
• Paola Vizcaino (Kpop Demon Huckers) –  “She was full of enthusiasm for learning a new sport. Always asking for advice, listening, and stepping up when the team needed her most.”
• Brandon Des Jardin (Isaly’s Chipped Hammers) –  “Brandon’s energy and commitment made a big impact right away.”
• Corey Wrigley (Disc-O Ballers) –  “Corey’s hustle and positivity stood out from day one.”
• Alyssa Juergens (Backhanded Compliments) –  “Alyssa quickly became a key contributor with her enthusiasm and growth.”
